Yoga and Pilates are the two leading forms of mind-body fitness taught in the
West. Practiced regularly, these activities can benefit every aspect of your
life from your physical well being to
your sense of happiness and inner peace.
We offer yoga for all levels of fitness and ability,
from gentle stretching and restorative yoga to classic Hatha yoga and Ashtanga
Vinyasa Flow yoga.
We offer Pilates for the beginner as well as
the advanced student. Our Pilates
encompasses both mat and standing Pilates as well as Pilates on the ball.
In addition to yoga and Pilates, Bella's offers meditation, relaxation training and breath training.
