Dr. Maryjoyce Rotella,D.C.,L.Ac.,P.Om. Licensed Chiropractor, Acupuncturist & certified Chinese Herbalist will be doing a presentation.
"Acupuncture... How does it work and can it help you?"
The talk will be a quick review of how it came to the States and how it works (moving Qi) and what disorders it has been shown to help with.
Suzi Welebob, Certified Yoga Therapist will be following this with a Svaroopa Style Yoga workshop. This style of yoga emphasizes holding supported postures to release long held tension and allow for a greater flow of energy in the body.

Learn simple yoga and meditation practices. You will see that peace and joy are possible through feasible, practical steps! Licensed dietitian Lisa Rugea will discuss ways to use food to enhance your health. She will offer advice on calming the mind and body through the food we eat. Mindy Hill, RYT, will offer a vigorous vinyasa class to encourage cleansing and detoxing, allowing for greater energy and vitality.
Saturday February 27th Cathy Refice,LCSW,CYT Cathy will bring her training as a therapist along with her yoga experience to offer some simple techniques for soothing the physiological aspects of anxiety and begin bringing balance to the nervous system.
